2. PAYMENT

75% DOWN PAYMENT on the day of the shoot and the remaining balance will be paid during claiming. CASH BASIS only.

3. RAW FILES

Will be emailed on the same day of your shoot. Pls. be advised to SAVE the files once received. We WILL DELETE after 48 HRS.

4. FINAL OUTPUT

Edited files, prints, and frames will be given all together during claiming.

5. Claiming

If a client is unable to claim his/her picture a REPRESENTATIVE must present an
AUTHORIZATION LETTER. For clients who would choose to claim through Maxim, the client must coordinate with Red Media staff and book the rider.

6. Schedule

APPOINTMENT BASIS ONLY and is on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS on the day of the shoot.

7. Editing

Cropping and editing of photographs as to brightness, background color, liquefaction, REMOVAL OF FACIAL IMPURITIES such as pimples/acne, eye bag, dark under eye, minor scars, straightening/whitening of teeth, and the like, solely belongs to the expertise and discretion of the Second Party. Allowed Requests are limited to the removal of scars, spots, and birthmarks.

8. Photo Selection

Chosen files on the day of the shoot are final and are not subject to change.

9. Adjustment

9.1

Retake, package upgrade, add-ons, change of print for a frame, or any other requests must be done on the day of the shoot and thru our Selection staff only. For retake hair and makeup should be intact.

9.2

A plain and simple personal dissatisfaction or feeling of discomfort as to facial texture and/or impurities, color, body posture, proper angulation, brightness, or other personal preference with respect to the overall appearance of the photograph by the client shall not warrant a re-shooting, except upon his/her requests however at his/her full cost and expense.

11. REFUND POLICY

11.1

Red Media Studio will NOT REFUND any technically acceptable picture supplied either in print or digital. No exemption can be made as we cannot be held responsible for individual tastes or exceptions. In case of lost or damaged files, only the amount stated on your claim slip will be refunded.

NO REFUND shall be given in case of cancellation of the package with the right of Red Media Studio to collect the appropriate fee/reimbursements for services already rendered/given.
